10 July 2017  RayRat...

Abadi in Mosul, press conference with his speech & what all to lead up to.

News article claimed Mosul liberated.

It's communicated to me the speach we wanted to hear.

Now that security is in place they will esculate the reforms.

The reconciliation, the reforms, etc., take place by the end of the week.

I have a question about this a little off topic. I understand in the beginning people pumping and maybe getting kickbacks by throwing dates and its happening this week or today etc. I am sure a bunch of people got on the train and spent money to buy more. My question is SOOOO many years into this, is this still happening? Or is this just going on for the "fame" people wanting to be looked at like being important etc. Or maybe there are people that are still spending every $ on more dinars. I haven't purchased anymore in years. I don't have many compared to others I know but I do know if it goes up .10-$1.00 I will be bill free to a long time! Luigi I know you are just the messenger! What about you all, are you still buying dinars?

Made my first purchase in late 2010.  Then did the "while you wait, accumulate" thing.  Last bought in 2012 (to fund the Roth).   Pretty sure I'm done (unless I win the lottery LOL).   I do believe it will happen before too much longer.  I think MisterNope is Antietam.

I'd just be happy if Luigi and RayTurd would just learn how to spell. How can you believe anyone who says they have "the real scoop" when their language skills are worse than a kindergarten student?? Go back to school. Please !! ;)

Here's a starter for you, Luigi. Just one letter. Maybe you can tutor RayTurd.

Luigi hasn't purchased any IQD since 2011.

I have enough to stay content.

First purchases made in Baghdad & Kuwait City Airport FOREX  2014 @ IQD 4,000 to $1.

LOPsters & Gurus each have their own playbook...that's why it's hard to differentiate

What does everyone think is the amount one needs to be set today? Living in the south and without extravagant habits.

Good question.  And, obviously, each person has their own aspirations in life.  We have often heard "don't invest more than you are willing to lose."  So, initially, you have to keep that in mind.  I loved Breitling's advice to not be greedy, but to make sure you end up with enough to get out of debt, set up a good retirement, buy a house, a car, and have a good operating fund.  You can do the math for yourself, based on costs in your area.  Then, if possible, buy enough dinar to give you that with even a .10 RV (minus hefty taxes and spread).  There are other options (such as Adam's OSI) - and some who would tell you never to pay cash for your house.  But we all have to individually decide our own plan.  Hope that helps.
