The ration cards going is going out to have 1,000 IQD on it.

If you look at the 1.2 rate, that puts it at the .80 cent bracket.

Only have $800 some on it.

To me comes out $830 & make the rate of 1.2 effective for calculation purposes.

Hate to say I agree with these so called guru's, but it doesn't make any sense at all to issue a ration card to abused displaced homeless traumatized people with 1000 dinar limit on it. That's .84 cents! You cant do anything with that!  I see only two scenarios where the ration cards make sense.  1-it's refillable and they're putting in dinar weekly. or 2. they plan to change the rate. Hoping its #2

Where is the article from a credible source stating that the ration  cards were being distributed with 1000 dinar on them? Without a link to that article or statement from the ministry of finance its all . Before that happens they will give the people some serious

Your right. Can't do nothing with .84 cents. It cost more to print & issue the cards.

If there was indeed, a in country RV, then .84 cents becomes equal to $840.

BAGHDAD / Tomorrow Press: 
announced Planning and Follow - up Department at the Ministry of Commerce on Tuesday, the new ration card for the years 2017-2018 distribution. 
The Director General of the Department, Ibtihal Hashim Sabt in a statement to the ministry, "Tomorrow Press", a copy of it, that "received the new cadres started distributing ration cards for the years 2017-2018, for the purpose of the agents delivered to their owners."

She said during the supervision of the distribution process in the People 's Supply Branch, said that " the problem of planning committees and follow - up department branch logistical, has been directed to speed up the process of auditing the archives through the ration agent, which is handed over cards after those families check their belongings." 
She explained that " the new card delivered to its owner to meet to meet the amount of 1,000 dinars under an official receipt." 
She noted the need " to report violators to the instructions of the ministry , " pointing out that " the distribution process taking place in all branches completed print their cards." 
And called Sabt citizens to "cooperate and deliver the required documents to the agents Supply in their areas, for the purpose of providing them Bbtaqathm ration and report any breach or violation in this matter or any matter concerning the processing of the ration card items by calling hotlines, ((07815914941, ( 0771507592). " 
the planning and follow - up Department at the Ministry of Commerce, announced the first on Sunday, completed printing the new ration card for the seven provinces, confirming their distribution in the next few days.

Article states distribution in the next few days.  LOL Usually they say in the coming days. So this was printed July 4th, a few days have passed already Iraq!  Lets see what these 1,000 dinars are going to give ya.
