Al-Haidari added that "the 5% of the results of the elections that have not been announced so far may change the features of the results in some provinces," stressing that "does not count on the results of the private vote and the ballot abroad."
On the possibility of leaving the quota during the coming period, al-Haidari said that "leaving the quota and moving to the political majority or national will be through a transitional phase," likely to "the coming period is a partial application of the national political majority."
Hisham al-Rikabi, director of the media office of the head of the coalition of state law has revealed the start of dialogues and contacts with political forces, which have been understanding with them on the political majority, stressing that "the features of this alliance, which will lead the majority project will appear soon."
He added that "the signs of the formation of the coalition, which will lead the political project aimed at creating a national political majority will show its features soon," stressing the importance of "the adoption of the draft political majority during the next phase."
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, called on Monday, the winning parties in the elections to start talks to form a new government, while stressing the need to preserve the "constitutional rights" of the region.
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government said in a statement that "the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, received the special envoy of the US President for the war on Dahesh, Brett McCurk and Douglas Seelman, US ambassador to Iraq and a diplomatic delegation accompanying them.
