Again, it was so sad to know what our black brothers and sisters went through. I can certainly understand the lingering resentment and bitterness. fringe on lamps Posted July 4, 2017 Report Share Posted July 4, 2017 My Dad used to take us to Roller derby. On the weekends we would pile a bunch of kids in the car to go to the motor movies. Elizabeth Taylor, Geritol, ice cream trucks - those were the days! No cell phones stuck to our ears and constantly before our eyes We actually had to communicate with people eye to eye.
