BAGHDAD / Shaima Rashid
opened the law granting the employee a regular leave for four years, passed by the parliament within the federal draft budget for the year 2017, the door to a new draft law that gives the employee leave five or more years, but the bill is still the focus of debate between those who sees the need for another sees the opposite. The House of Representatives had examined the previous sessions a new draft law for the granting of a long vacation routine for employees.
Legal Committee member Zana Said ruled in a statement the "morning" that the passage of the new law is not needed, especially as the federal budget addressed the subject by law to grant leave for an employee to four years.
In turn, he said a member of parliament Ahmed Salal Badri said , " the purpose and goal of the new law is to address the existing slack in state institutions." Al - Badri said the "morning": " The law gives the employee a vacation for more than five years without pay."

My question wouldn't be "What Have They Done", but rather what COULD they have done all these years if they had acted a little more grown up.and tackle these bills instead of postponing them. The only place that I have seen taking more "Breaks" was the Tonight Show when Johnny Carson was on.

Come On R/V there are others waiting to use the bathroom, you've been in there for several years.

This law should have passed many months ago, the corruption in this parliament is unbelievable...

Surprise there evening debating this one. Should have passed on the first round, unless it is a question of with pay or a pay with bonus.
