bostonangler
I haven't done much research on BitCoin, I do have a friend who is way up on his investment. I worry that one EMP would wipe the digital slate clean... B/A
md11fr8dawg
Good point BA, had not thought of that angle. However, if you store your Bitcoin offline then an EMP should not effect it. Seems like the possibility of an EMP is increasing daily and the general public either does not know or does not believe it can happen or does not care.
nstoolman1
Whatever electronic device is "storing" / "holding" the bitcoin could be subject to an EMP unless said device is shielded properly.
RSTEFAN
Some interesting stuff going on with cryto's lately since china got devalued last week? I have not gotten any, and do not intend to, I do not trust them? The ones that are in it , I wish them the best and hope they buy as much silver and gold as they can with the cryto's.

B/A If you experience an EMP.....bitcoin would be the least of your worries.....food, clean water, just any thing infrastructure wise.....food gone from stores in 3 days, no transportation or communication, no way to pump water or gas.......riots, gun fights for food.........and of course.......unable to get at their bitcoin......JMO
