The Ministry of Commerce promises Iraqis Surprise in the month of Ramadan  May 13,2017

 

 

He said a member of the Committee and the Economic in the Iraqi Council of Representatives Najiba Najib, on Saturday, for the preparation of the Ministry of Commerce plan to distribute an integrated high-class food ration during the next month of Ramadan.
Najib said that the ministry has completed its preparations for the distribution of rice, sugar, edible oil and flour materials on citizens during the month of Ramadan, adding that the follow-up of the Economic Commission showed that the materials will be mentioned in quantities and qualities of high specification.
And the reasons for the reluctance of the Ministry of Commerce in the distribution of the ration card items regularly over the past months, Najib said the ministry confirmed was no minister within seven months and were managed by proxy for another, so there are no powers to sign contracts with supplier companies, pointing out that the new ministers took office and has address this problem.
Najib added that the committee demanded to compensate citizens ration either late distribution of materials on them or compensate them in cash.

Processing ration before Ramadan

5/14/2017 0:00    Baghdad / Al- Sabah  pledged the Ministry of Commerce to distribute the ration card items between citizens before the holy month of Ramadan to prevent any rise may occur to food prices.  As distributed the Ministry of Displacement and Migration , more than 4,000 food rations among the displaced families in preparation for the month of Ramadan, the province of Muthanna has taken measures to curb price manipulation.  The experience of local markets such as the month of Ramadan throughout the country, a large shopping traffic, and an increase in demand for food items that you need trip Ramadan, by families, may occur slight elevations on the prices of some food items.  The General Company for Food trading director at the ministry Qassim Hamoud Mansour said the ministry will supply the vocabulary of flour, rice, sugar and oil before the holy month of Ramadan, without adding any other article, adding that the ministry is keen to distribute those basic materials before Ramadan to prevent any rise may happen in prices.

Ramadan is expected to start on May 27, 2017, and last until June 24, 2017.

Alsumaria News / Baghdad  announced the Ministry of Commerce on Monday, it had completed preparations for the distribution of the subjects of sugar and cooking oil during the month of Ramadan , noting that the weakness of the financial allocation is very large compared to the previous years due to the financial crisis.  Director General of the General Company for Foodstuff Trading Kassem Hammoud at a conference held in Baghdad and attended by Alsumaria News that " the company finished preparations for the distribution of the subjects of sugar and edible oil on the agents during the month of Ramadan," noting that "he was relying on the local product of sugar , local wheat to supplement the local card ".     He added Hammoud that " the ministry has made great efforts to provide food vocabulary , despite the difficulties and obstacles as seeking to ease the burden on citizens , especially with rising food prices in the domestic market during the holy month , " noting that " the ministry has initiated these materials distributed to agents in order to deliver them citizens in the coming days and available in its stores. "  Hammoud noted that " the ministry and its weak financial allocation is very large compared to the previous years due to the financial crisis and the lack of cash, which made the ministry relies heavily on the local product and the rotation of funds exist to control the local market prices , which did not get out any disorder or rise in prices, the ministry confirmed the ability of the ability of the economic file and the supply of goods and food items identified under which market prices not to rise dramatically administration.
