I don't know the cost but I'm more than sure it was also a pretty penny....er......euro. I guess it's a 1. Keeping up with the Jones issue. 2. Either that a total disregard for the funds needed for the people of that nation or 3. It's a beautiful opulent Hotel as I would guess the Iraqi CBI wants for itself! obviously they plan on bragging rights in the Arab world!
