For national reconciliation between the wise, it is " a project to build a state which is for all Iraqis and under the roof of the Constitution and without external interference but lost the support of the United Nations and the adoption of ", pointing out that "Iraqis need the umbrella project for the aspirations of everyone and noticed their interest." 
He warned the President of the National Alliance, the "repercussions of the Iraqi situation , the region did not support to overcome its crises which Iraq cut them way in the fight against terrorism and fought on behalf of the region and the world."

{Baghdad: sng} called on the President of the National Alliance, Mr. Ammar al - Hakim, during his visit to Cairo Arab intellectuals to visit Iraq and recognize the reality on the ground away from counterfeiting. 
A statement by his agency {sng} a copy of it, received that Mr. Ammar al - Hakim met a gathering of political, artistic and cultural figures in the cultural salon of the dialogue of civilizations and called through "Arab intellectuals to visit Iraq and learn about the reality on the ground away from the false images conveyed by some media that distort the facts". 
He stressed that "victory is by hand and Sazv Iraq will soon end the news page with military Daesh, and that the security treatment of terrorism mission but needs development processors, social, political and intellectual processing project and supportive moded security success". 
Mr. Ammar al - Hakim renewed his call for a "regional dialogue invest Egypt 's role anchor in the regional balance and the Middle East, as we have emphasized that Iraq is based on part of the Arab and regional system, and that the next priority is {unity, Arabism, sovereignty, democracy promotion, the national state}." Ended

Unity, Sovereignty, democracy promotion, the national state? What stands out here, to me, is "SOVEREIGNTY"!!! I wonder what that could all mean???!!!
