The last article states, "Confirmed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Thursday, and there is a continuous work in collaboration with the United Nations to close the Chapter VII file, pointing out that his government supports the efforts UN to hunt down "terrorists" and punished, as the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres appealed to the international community to assist Iraq in relief to the displaced and reconstruction the liberated areas."

I am not sure if this is a high level summary and/or inter connectivity but Iraq cooperating on Chapter VII conditions and supporting the taking into custody of terrorists for indictment and punishment is linked to international support for relief to the displaced peoples and reconstruction of the liberated areas via foreign investment from the international community. This may be the key coincidal points we may have been waiting for provided ISIS is exterminated and the other laws (like HCL) are, or about to be, implemented.

This may have implications for people like Nuri al-Maliki, too. The indictments may already be in place and the warrants for people like Nuri al-Maliki written but just needs to be served once their immunity is stripped at a very near opportune time.

Well, at least here's hoping!

As always, just my opinion and :twocents:

Go Moola Nova!

Good to see, however, I'll need to refer to my Iraq/Arabish translation guide for the definition of " Urgent " don't ya know.

Might be a sub-heading of " in the near future " - been a while since I've seen " urgent " associated with the GOI.

But it does refer to the Iraqi PM . . . Could be some meat on this bone  🍖
