Government Attorneys deny IRS is an agency of the United States Government

 

The following images are scanned copies of pleadings (certified by NARA) wherein a United States Attorney and a United States Department of Justice Trial Attorney, Tax Division, deny that Internal Revenue Service is an agency of the United States Government.  See specifically page 2 of pleadings, item no. 4.

The allegation by Diversified Metal Products, Inc., Plaintiff, for item number 4 reads,  “Defendant Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is an agency of the United States government which has presented to Plaintiff a lien against monies to which Defendant Steve Morgan, or persumably[sic] Defendant T-Bow Company Trust for him, may be entitled.”

 

A Comment

The United States Government was created by the Constitution to conduct certain affairs of the People of the several States.  To conduct these affairs, Congress created various offices, departments, and agencies pursuant to its constitutional authority at Article 1 § 8(18).  Where the laying and collecting of Article 1 § 8 taxes were concerned, Congress created the Treasury Department with various offices with one of those offices being collector of internal revenue.  Collectors were officers of the United States, who were appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.  One collector was to be appointed to each internal revenue district, which was designated by the President.  The office of collector of internal revenue was a public office.  Collectors exercised the sovereign authority of the United States in the enforcement of the internal revenue laws and the collection of taxes.  They could sue or be sued in the name of the United States.  In order for Congress to collect taxes pursuant to Article 1 § 8, collectors of internal revenue are required within internal revenue districts within the several States.  All collectors of internal revenue were fired by the President in 1952 and their duties were assigned to personnel with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.  The details of these actions are set out in Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1952.

What few Americans know or understand is that Congress has an implied constitutional authority to lay and collect taxes that has nothing to do with Article 1 § 8(1).  That constitutional authority is Article 4 § 3(2).  Congress exercises its legislative jurisdiction over large areas of land (territory) within the United States and also over a number insular possessions, e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.  Within these areas, Congress can act in the capacity of a state legislature as well as a national legislature.  Congress can lay and collect taxes within these areas under its legislative jurisdiction just as States do in areas under their legislative jurisdictions.  Taxes laid pursuant to Article 4 § 3(2) are not required to be collected pursuant to the demands of Article 1 § 8(18).  Congress is not required to use collectors of internal revenue for those taxes.  As a matter of fact, Congress can use any organization it desires to collect taxes laid pursuant to its constitutional authority at Article 4 § 3(2).  The Bureau of Internal Revenue/Internal Revenue Service was never created by Congress.  Congress empowered the Secretary of the Treasury to collect taxes laid pursuant to Article 4 § 3(2) and the Secretary created the BIR/IRS.  The Secretary can even use private collection agencies to collect internal revenue taxes laid pursuant to Article 4 § 3(2) if he so chooses.  The Constitution empowers Congress to make all needful rules and regulations for its territory and other property and is otherwise silent as to how Congress conducts its business within these areas.  The Internal Revenue Service has been defined by statute to be a Federal agency and is administering the internal revenue laws that have been passed pursuant to Congress’ Art. 4 § 3(2) authority over its territory and other property.  The Federal income tax, Social Security, and all other taxes administered by the Internal Revenue Service are being laid and collected under Congress’ Article 4 § 3(2) authority.  This is the great secret and fraud underlying the Federal income tax.

It is true.

The IRS is part of the IMF, branch of the UN.

The  Fed Reserve is just a collection of private banks allowed to feed of Americans, with the full support and blessing of congress.

In truth, a UN "police" officer has more "authority" than any other law enforcement on American soil when it comes to federal land.

The County Sheriffs are the ONLY police authority mandated by congress for domestic protection.

The "supreme court" has no authority over you unless you are a federal employee, or are on federal land.

Ever since the DOE, (department of education) was formed they intentionally and maliciously began removing vitally important truth, and substituting special interest, filling their ranks with socialists.

Could it be, America is finally willing to take a look beyond the manufactured daily "news" propaganda coordinated by the MSM?
I can post links, but be warned, you can't unlearn the truth, and after you realize how badly Americans have been cheated, how brazen the criminality, how offensive the lies, how tyrannical and oppressive the US government's posture towards citizens, you will then realize how each of you have been beguiled into your current state of total slavery.

As I've said before,King George III never dreamed he could get away with the level of deception and control we are forced to live under by our captors, the US federal government, who will immediately send illegal armed thugs to kidnap you, take your possessions, steal your money, and destroy your family, if you refuse to agree to be a slave.

It is all an illusion, carefully coordinated, and sadly, enforced by indoctrinated zombies who don't even realize their masters will discard them just as quickly and easily as they will discard dissenters.

What they don't want you to know is this can all be over tomorrow.

Good comments, it is something that is becoming more talked about between folks of all political colors.

Many people are simply scared to challenge these things when the truth is we should ALL be

challenging every step that has been taken to violate the people and the constitution that goes back

to our founding. We must remember that all political parties have been involved in keeping this

illusion in place.

 

We should never be afraid to ask the right questions, based upon an informed position, and be prepared to

stand against the continuance of something that has been so destructive. We have all been robbed...and we

turned the other way. I wish I knew HOW we the people can take back the power when the system is constructed

against us "slaves". How many are willing to be examples of "non compliance" with the tax code? How many

truly would take that step? Not many that I know unfortunately. A few cannot do it, and THEY know this. Many I know of

DO know about these things, yet it stops there. Why is this?

Education is the key!!!is DM has been an outstanding example of passing information on.  

If we don't educate ourselves, we will continue to be slaves.  Heed the words that is being presented, associate yourselves with like-minded individuals. Start small groups throughout your community, most importantly, you have to all agree 100% on your beliefs, what the Constitution stands for... if not disgard them, they're no good to you.  But importantly educate, educate. Don't forget your children, they have to be re-taught, because of the corruption in our colleges.  JMO....and pray!!!

Education is the key of course and absolutely local level work and networking with like minds. But there are problems lurking...

and here is the real obvious challenge:

 

In my opinion, getting everyone involved to try and agree 100% is near impossible, but might be done

if we focus upon the constitution and a complete overhaul of the education system. To me that is most important, folks various

'beliefs' are fine as long as it would not cause division, which is another near impossibility as well as politics, both are far too

divisive and would only cloud the issues. Feds would likely infiltrate any group, there is no privacy, and no way to avoid it.

We are living in a "box" and we refuse to notice it.

 

In my opinion, it would be extremely difficult to truly change course this late in the game due to those two things: religion and politics.

If we are willing to be as unbiased as possible, with proper focus, we may stand a chance, but believe it or not, there are also

many that believe they are to obey whatever government tells them. They are taught this inside of their churches, at their

jobs, at their schools, in the media they watch far too much of. Do you see how difficult it is to try and change PERCEPTION

and generational bias within religion and politics? Just those two areas that assist with keeping folks blinded.

 

The worst part of it all is this:

 

The issue this post is about is the TIP of the iceberg in regards to everything we have been lied to about. Most folks I know

are not interested in taking the plunge into those areas, too difficult to digest and it would spark major cognitive dissonance.

Media has played a valuable role in shaping peoples thoughts and opinions, and it still is. No matter what the letters are, ALL

are involved in shaping the public mind, courtesy of the feds.

 

As much as I agree with your thoughts, I also have experience in communicating with all manner of folks from all walks of

life...brilliant folks who all have something valuable to contribute in a focused group and when called upon to help. But to get

to the point of balanced delegation, removing those who are more interested in "grabbing power" to rule over others, and

trying to keep long term focus without the constant political and religious tempers flaring because everyone has to be "right",

I do not see anything like this being possible in our lifetime, but that will not stop me from learning and communicating to

those who I differ with and those who I agree with. At some point, when we are able to set aside our differences based upon

doing the right thing for each other and our country, THAT is when this "talk" will transform into something solid and active and

with the proper motives...hopefully.

 

Thanks again for the comments, if there will be true change of direction in this country, no matter what we believe, it

is going to have to start and end with 'we the people' and we are going to have to be willing to lose the labels that keep us divided

and distracted. Just my thoughts based upon what I have personally seen and read, and learned over many years and still

learning.

 

Truth is, we have a major task ahead of us...and if we do not get our selves together, outside of the "box", we lose...and I

honestly am not so sure we have not already crossed that line and have lost perhaps a long time ago. This is the most

difficult thing to contemplate for me but I see too many signs that would appear to reveal this. I hope I am wrong.

With Trump's education pick, and appointing Carson to HUD, along with many many comments Trump made that went right over the heads of all "reporters", but were incredibly insightful when analyzed.

While I do not think Trump will throw open doors, I do believe he will stand aside, and if The People educated themselves enough to know what to demand, Trump would not resist.

I've said before, the real change has to start in the individual hearts of every American.

We then become engaged with our local and state politics.

 Once we get the corect constitutionalists in these positions, they will be able to demand the federal government back off it's overextended and unconstitutional transgressions.

In everything from their tightly controlled abuse of the interstate commerce clause, to their forcing federal laws be enforced on state, public and private property, to their insane land grabs, and their abuse of eminent domain, which they have expanded to include property forfeiture executed by various state patrols who are targeting out of town license plates, then demanding to know how much cash they are carrying, and then just arbitrarily deciding the traveler is intending to buy drugs with no proof whatsoever.

Hell, just the fact a "drivers" license is only related to an individual engaged in commerce, and a traveler is a person just going to visit relatives.

HUGE difference, but even a lot of police don't know where their "authority" ends.

Then just the "implied" contracts the federal government has deceived you into accepting, and other contracts we are "accepting" simply by using a FRN to "purchase", or accepting a USPS address to receive mail, filing out a birth certificate, having a social security card, the list goes on.

There are hundreds of constitutionalists that have been arrested, do you remember Clive Bundy?

The problem is too many people are so ignorant of their true standing they sit back and make jokes about patriots making a stand.

If even 10% of the population woke up tomorrow and demanded their pre 1933 rights, or even pre 13th amendment rights, we would have a whole new reality.

Did you know, all laws are not laws?

Actual laws MUST be aligned with Natural Law, as outlined by William Blackstone's Common Law.

Because junk like speed limits, no spitting, all  licenses, are not part of true Common Law, the congress created statutes.

Then, in order to protect themselves, just in case there were any enlightened individuals still around who were not brainwashed by the DOE, declared all US "laws" are statutes, a statute is a civil issue, and every one has a monetary sanction attached, even murder, which is exactly why a wealthy person can in fact but their way out of almost anything.

The authorities will put on a dog and pony show, but that is just to continue top perpetrate the illusion of "freedom"

You have to remember, the best slave is the one who thinks he is free.
 

Until the DOE has been disbanded, charter schools take over where teachers are not able to hide behind a collective bargaining agreement, it will be almost impossible.

Until the SEIU, the federal employees and state employees unions are disbanded, we will continue to have traitorous actors defying lawful presidential orders.

The collectivists have been working to this time in our history for over 150 years, corrupting every agency, affecting every facet of our lives.

But don't forget, every collectivist alive in the entire world right this moment cannot stand against God's power and might.

Nothing is impossible until you believe it is.

I tried to give up when obama was "elected".

Unfortunately, I was not allowed to, and kept fighting.

Look where we are now, three years ago I would not have believed it.
