Governmental directives to amend the legislation to move to a market economy

Financial expert praised the government's orientations toward a free economy through the activation of a solid investment environment in cooperation and coordination between the public and private sectors. The expert suggested Thamer al-Azzawi, the "morning", "development of Division in the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers a private follow-up steps to move and cooperation between all parties to ensure the success of the Transitional."

To be rich or not to be rich that is now the question they must answer. For they are the only thing standing in their way to being a prosperous society.
