Joint Operations for "tomorrow Press": Ayman Mosul ended militarily March 27, 2017

BAGHDAD / tomorrow Press:
confirmed the Joint Special Operations Command, said on Monday that the right side in Mosul ended in military terms, but it is made clear that al - Daesh still uses civilians as human shields to impede the progress of the security cuts in the remaining districts.

Air power and shelling to stop? Limiting it to small arm combat (e.g., Door2Door fighting) by the militarized police at this point?

If this is true then this is great news. Limiting actions to small arms combat is pretty big. No air or artillery support is big when you are talking maneuver units.
