i did same mistake, to big of a house,

20 yrs of cleaning and yard, pond etc

my wife keeps telling me i am getting slower getting everything done

Oh I agree LB, was just giving my opinion as well. I would LOVE 1:1 like everyone else.

I agree here 100% and I have been in the 1 to 1 camp on everything LB posted as well as why would you turn in your $1.00 and get .10 cents. There is no why you are going to give up something of higher value for something of lower value.  It better be at least on par or no one is buying in. If they force it, people will turn to the black market and crime will increase.
