25000 Iqd 21usd ?

was on CBI and found what looks like an airline ticket 25000 iqd is 21 Usd... and info on article 8 and other things need to be done March 2017.. Maybe someone can read and understand it better than me.. Lots of good reading, Oil is there too..  Page 14 # 31 fiscal program Flat fee for Airline ticket 25000 ( 21 usd )  Page 12 @ 24 Article 8.  25000 for 21 don't sound good..

Correct, but the gist of the post I think is you can't get a plane ticket for $21.00, so there must be an anticipated increase in the dinar. I could be wrong but thats what I get out of it.

Please don't shoot the one who is asking the questions, who at the same time is trying to lighten things up. How far will someone be able to go by air for $ 21 USD??  Is this one of those things that sounds "to good to be true"?  Does the $ 21 just allow you to board and then you have additional fees to pay for a) your seat, leg room, c) tap water  and etc., etc.?

The $21 is a fee(tax) per airline ticket, in addition to the cost of the Airlines' Ticket Price. (See page 15 of the link above.)
