Oil announces the completion of a draft oil and gas law and send it to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers   Wednesday January 18 2017 14:05         Alsumaria News / Baghdad 's Oil Ministry announced, Wednesday, for the completed draft oil and gas law and send it to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, noting that the goal is to strive and work to optimize the investment of national wealth of oil and gas.  The oil minister said Jabar Ali , while Allaibi " The ministry has completed a draft oil and gas law, in addition to a legal national oil company and national gas company by the relevant departments in the ministry and sent the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in order to discussion and approval and then carried over to the House of Representatives to Thariahma."       Allaibi He explained that " the aim of preparing the bills is to seek and work to optimize the investment of national wealth of oil and gas and the development of the industry and to achieve the advancement of the economic reality of the country."  Allaibi pointed out that " the national gas company law to ensure the development of investment facilities and gas production facilities and petrochemical industry and related industries gas fields, as well as greater coordination between the rings production and consumption of natural gas and the development of workers in this sector efficiency."  For his part, confirmed Undersecretary for gas Hamid Younis that " the adoption of the law of the national gas company would design and organize gas investment policy in the country and lead the implementation of projects and operation of the facilities according to international standards programs , " explaining that " the studies and plans indicate possession of Iraq 's huge potential can rates of up to (5000) Mqmq (million standard cubic feet per day) and the concomitant production of massive amounts of condensate and dry gas, liquid , and other components and what makes it in the ranks of leading investment optimization gas states. "  It is noteworthy that the Oil Ministry has called, in the 17th of December , 2014, to accelerate the legislation of the oil and gas law, to regulate the relationship between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil , and to ensure the distribution of oil imports to the provinces produced nearly guarantee their rights, while provincial council new Basra claim involving conservative file oil contracts to ensure financial and administrative entitlements.

that  could be true ,    if they do ever get the gas and oil  law passed and going ,  { now it is Iraq  mind ya ! }   I am going to have too say ,  they will need the  bank accounts  of all  participants of the law , { those who will receive money }  getting  full of  money , or at least , getting paid ,  { I wonder if they will let it go for ,  2 or 3  pay periods ?  or will this be a once a year deposit ..  let  the payment roll out for 1 or 2 payments , get the people use to spending  money getting the markets rolling along } ...  I will bet they will have heavy over sight on this law , getting rid of the corrupt  , who have  hands in the money numbers ,  { those who can skim numbers off accounts  in little increments , that are not easy too notice } ...  if this time stamp is correct ,   today ,  then it is  the 18th of the first month of new year ,  <------  rolling  right along ,  and  fast ...   1st quarter of the year , would  be real  nice  too see our bank accounts getting  fluffy  from  currency values     good post  yota  buddy !

The Minister of Oil Jabar Luaibi, Wednesday, for the completion of a legal draft of the two oil and gas Aloutnettin and sent to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
