VIP renewal expire date is wrong

Hi, 
I just purchased a 5 month renewal for my VIP membership.
My previous expiration date was 02/12/2017.  My new expiration date was listed as 06/26/17.
You count 150 days from the order date and you should count 150 days from the previous expiration date.  
Would you please correct my account and let me know what my new expiration date is.

You need to send an email to VIP@dinarvets.com for membership issues.

I tried to email you three times to correct the problem, but each email was undelivered. I emailed support@dinarsupport.com, VIP@dinarvets.com, support@dinarvets.com.

Hi paperboy,

I have tried to email VIP@dinarvets.com multiple times and every time I get a delivery failure. I can email anybody else in the world, but I can't email dinarvets.

Could you please pass my problem along to Julie (I think that is her name)?

If need be, she can email me at the address in my account.
