 What we can do is put out a celebration call in recorded fashion between now and next Tuesday.

China wants this done before Chinese New Year.

That sould happen at noon here on the East Coast.

That would be midnight on the 28th in China.

Luigi, got any sources, links, verifications along those lines? I do want to meet you after this thing does RV. . We can do rock, paper, scissors over the dinner bill. Don't let me go to the bathroom towards the end of the meal. I find that a good ploy that allows me to pick up the check out of view.
