Twilight News / Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Qubad Talabani on Thursday on the existence of serious attempts to break the ice between the Kurdish parties to resolve internal political problems in the region, stressing the unwillingness of the region to sabotage relations between Erbil and Baghdad.

This came during a meeting with the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubiš, according to a statement issued by the Kurdistan Regional Government.

The statement added that the two sides have held talk about the situation in the Kurdistan region and relations with Baghdad and the latest developments in the region, said Deputy Prime Minister that the political situation is evolving rapidly in the region and there are serious attempts to break the political ice and agreement on the points at issue and resolve all problems and crises.

And about the reforms carried out by the Kurdistan Regional Government, highlighted Talibanieldu on sectors where the government began its reforms, stressing that the economic, financial and electricity sector and all sectors where many of the deficiencies observed sector began the government actually campaign reforms, which will continue to be done to solve all the problems.

He went Talabani saying that this year will be the year the organization of government work properly in all steps of reform, and also pointed to staff registration process in the province, the system Albaaomitri which reached advanced stages, stressing that the staff of this recording system will ensure justice in salaries will not be allowed to remain multiple salaries.

In another part of his speech, Qubad Talabani on relations between the province and Baghdad, stressing that the Kurdistan Regional Dabbagh to sabotage the relationship with Baghdad, he spoke and was the province initiator always for dialogue and relied on this principle in solving all the problems and build strong ties with the Baghdad government.

The vice prime minister expressed his delight and satisfaction at the developments in the battle to liberate Mosul, stressing the need for a political reconciliation after the expulsion Daesh from Mosul to ensure no repeat of what happened before the terrorist organizations and to ensure that their presence already in Mosul.

He called the deputy prime minister of the United Nations that does not forget the Kurdistan Region and ensure its share of international aid allocated to Iraq, especially that the region is suffering a lot of pressure in the provision of basic needs of displaced people and estimated at more than two million people.

For his part, praised Jan Kubiš role of the Kurdistan Regional Government, what is implemented by the task of plans in a campaign of reforms in various fields, stressing that the United Nations shall consider the importance of the role of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the relief of displaced neutral and the role played by the region in the political process in Iraq, and they also realize how pressure which affects the region and it will continue to support the region.

Through the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, during a meeting with the Special Envoy of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubiš, on Thursday, the readiness of the region to begin a direct dialogue and serious with the federal government in order to address all outstanding problems between the two sides, especially with respect to the budget and natural resources.

A statement for the presidency of the provincial government I followed / balances News /, that "Barzani met in Arbil, the Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubiš and his accompanying delegation," adding that "Kubiš expressed his satisfaction with the good cooperation between the Alپeshmrگh forces and the Iraqi army to face terrorists "Daesh" and the elimination of terrorism, and expressed hope the provision of security and stability in liberated areas from the control of terrorists and displaced people returning to their areas. "

And highlighted Barzani, in another part of his speech, highlighted the "liberation of Mosul, the process and the need to organize political negotiations between the Iraqi factions to address the problems that have arisen in the region due to the wrong policies of the previous government in the areas of" Sunni "that left many of the problems of unwanted" .anthy 29

Yota Thanks, DV,  Excellent news and the "Pressure Cooker" is boiling HOT for Baghdad & KRG to get all issues resolved because the New Sheriff will be sworn in Office on Friday 20 Jan 2017.   It's going to get real Iraq so close the deal because the time for B.S. delays have come to an end IMHO.

The Presidency of the Government of the Territory in a statement that Barzani Special Representative of the UN Secretary - General Jan Kubis received, indicating that the two sides discussed coordination between the Peshmerga and the Iraqi army forces in the face of terrorism and the role of the region in sheltering the displaced.

Kubis stressed, according to a statement on the need to develop the coordination between Baghdad and Erbil and that the two sides are trying to cooperate more seriously.
