Declared governor of Baghdad, Ali Mohsen al-Tamimi, Tuesday, employees who work contract system after the approval of the Ministry of Finance salaries.

Tamimi said during his participation in the demonstrations contract employees, "The salaries have been stalled by the lack of any financial liquidity of a year ago," noting that "the 2016 budget where there is no any new projects with a financial deficit."

He added that the "contract employees' salaries, totaling more than 2,800 employees, will be spent after the protests and claims by Baghdad and the province of its employees."

Al-Tamimi said that "the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance face sprayed money for decades and continued demand in the decades salaries Insurance (development of regions), it was agreed to amend the contracts and securing employees' salaries for this year."
