Faces of the Iraqi dinar, a local official currency of Iraq, many problems, most notably Bankhvadh is remarkable against the US dollar, reaching its exchange rate, these days to the (1302) dinars per dollar.

Economic experts in the field have identified those obstacles and problems to five reasons behind the deterioration of the local currency:

Lower oil prices

Determines economist (on behalf of Antoine), the main reason for the deterioration of the local currency in Iraq by low oil prices, and confirms that "sustaining force of the Iraqi dinar is oil, after oil prices fell and said its revenue Ahdt negatively to the price of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar impact, and because the main source of dollars is oil a supporter of dinars. "

He adds Antoine told (and the News), "The increasing demand for the dollar, which reached more than 100 yarns in the dinar, the latest Tkhalkhala and victims of the dinar, which has led to a discrepancy between the official price and the market price."

The dollar smuggling abroad

Directed several charges to local banks following a smuggled dollar out of Iraq, sparking fears of a number of economic experts in Iraq, describing the situation as "money laundering crimes," Adin it to one of the main reasons behind the deterioration of the price of the Iraqi dinar, as it occurs contraction of foreign currency inside Iraq, leading to its high price is a multiplier in front of the Iraqi dinar, forcing the government to borrow from international institutions to bridge the fiscal deficit, which succeeded it.

Economic crisis

Economic expert "in the name of Antoine" That Bacol "the economic situation is shows the other face of the local currency within the country, when are the economics of the country moving in the positive electrode, the currency will maintain its stability, and when the sliding economy towards bends low, of course, will cause negative effects for the local currency in Iraq ".

It is noteworthy Antoine "The economy in Iraq has declined dramatically after the economic recession in the country solution, which because of lower oil sales and the lack of revenue to Iraq, causing a large budget deficit, which reached more than 21 trillion dinars," noting that "these factors have led to the deterioration and decline value of the dinar against the dollar and other currencies. "

 political status

He says an economic expert (peace Sumaisem) said the situation in Iraq and the impact significantly on the local currency, because it is associated with expectations for the future economic factor in the country. "

And remember Sumaisem in Speaking for (and the News), that "in addition to the political situation, the increased demand for foreign exchange leads to a decline in the value of the local currency and then the occurrence of inflation and the deterioration of the currency in the waves."

It confirms Sumaisem the need that "the Iraqi government to activate the financial and regulatory bodies, and obtaining revenue and taxes and the old debt and fees," arguing that measures to "solutions contribute to the strengthening of the Iraqi dinar and the reduction of the problems and obstacles that stand in front of him."

And see "Sumaisem" said the central bank is on good policy which pumped large amounts of dollar and this leads to reduced demand, which happen rising value of the Iraqi dinar.

"Sumaisem" The increase in military operations and victories as possible to recreate the positive outlook factor, promotes the moral value of the currency on the one hand, and when liberated areas where oil revenues exist and which are located in the northern areas specifically border triangle with Turkey, then it makes the government extended its control over the most important outlets export of oil own in those areas, and thus be able to re-export the oil intensity of which is a positive improvement adds to the economy of the country and for the local currency in Iraq. What's going on with this country? Are they trying to scare people away from their dinar, or are they losing hope? I've only been in this investment for two years, but this isn't something I've seen before in that time. Talking openly about outright denying the monetary reform and putting down the currency, while at the same time setting up banking networks and working on security like men and women possessed. Mixed signals all over the place.

Low oil and a economic crises is good for the dinar imop.

They sure are trying to make the dinar look bad lately.

Wait just a gosh darn minute ! In a thread yesterday it was stated there was no crisis with the IQD; hence the "postponement" of the deletion of the Zeros project.

Awww . . . Forgeddaboutit . . . Crisis, What Crisis . . . Right ?

WOW - Whadda Ride - - - :rodeo:   :rake:   :mexican:  :jester::praying:   :facepalm2::rocking-chair:   :confused:   :soon::angry:   :D    I wonder what " Normal " feels like. :eek:

Much appreciated Thugs, yep add value to the dinar and there problems will go away.

Here in the Funky Western Civilization, adding Value to the IQD makes a whole lotta sense, S. Shaddow. . . . but in the Middle East, specifically Iraqville. . . best they just get on with Nailing one boot to floor, run round in circles yelling " woe to thee " and " the sky is falling, what to do, what to do."

It's not true for some, but to the majority in Govt. . . . What a Cluster F*^K over there ! ! ! ! !

You might recall the old TV Comedy Classic - " Green Acres "and the mob of pretty funny knuckleheads from the town of HOOTERVILLE (what a great name for a town !) . . .well, that crew of Pin Headed, Knit Witted, Mutant Screw Heads in Iraq make the HOOTERVILLE Bunch look like Rocket Scientists - - -

Someday S. Shaddow we'll get there . . . I just wish I knew the YEAR ! :rocking-chair:
