The Minister of Kurdistan 's health, Recot Rashid, in a statement, said that "there is a plan of the ministry during the current year is to increase revenue by raising the tax on cigarettes and spirits, and honeyed water pipe in addition to cement plants and petrochemical plants." He explained that " the work of health institutions for the current year plan, put forward during the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan , " noting that " the meeting discussed the restructuring of the Ministry of Health, and reduce excess expenses, as well as discuss the status of medicines in the region."
