Twilight News / revealed the Ministry of Health of Iraqi Kurdistan, on Friday, its intention to increase the tax on intoxicating beverages and cigarettes in the provinces of the region. 
The Minister of Kurdistan 's health, Recot Rashid, in a statement, said that "there is a plan of the ministry during the current year is to increase revenue by raising the tax on cigarettes and spirits, and honeyed water pipe in addition to cement plants and petrochemical plants." 
He explained that " the work of health institutions for the current year plan, put forward during the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan , " noting that " the meeting discussed the restructuring of the Ministry of Health, and reduce excess expenses, as well as discuss the status of medicines in the region." 
The Minister of Health of the Kurdistan to "seek to establish a company to import the drugs be under the supervision of Government of the Territory."

Well that explains a lot. Honey water and Petrochemical plants. Hope they arent growing plants in the oil and smoking it. Jk. Hahahaha. I needed a laugh today.

mmmmm , looks like , they are taxing ,  the rebuilding of  infra-structure , and in the rebuilding all of the luxury items that go with it !   would not be surprised if the dens, and parlors are in the next line items !   good  day yota ,
