Rasheed starts selling the dollar earlier in the week and the official price

 

 

 

Rasheed Bank announced on Saturday, for Mbacherth sell the dollar early this week, noting that the sale will be at the official rate. 

The bank said it 'will begin early this week to sell thedollar for travelers across five branches'. 

He said 'branches include Karkh, the airport, the Yarmouk, willing Khatoon, trade dependence', noting that 'sales will be at the official rate.'

Alsumaria News / Baghdad ,  Rasheed Bank announced Saturday for Mbacherth sell the dollar early this week, noting that the sale will be at the official rate.  The bank said in a statement Alsumaria News received a copy of it was " the beginning of this week will begin selling the dollar for travelers across five branches."  " The branches include Karkh , the airport, the Yarmouk, willing Khatoon, trade dependence , " noting that " the sale will be at the official rate."       And it decided the Iraqi Central Bank on 16 June that the share of citizens who wish to obtain the dollar to cover their expenses abroad of banks and banking , financial and conversion of all is $ 3,000, instead of $ 5,000.

Yota Thanks,  DV,  Does anyone care to comment if Rasheed bank was selling the dollar direct before?  Also,  Is Rafidan selling the dollar direct as well?

At this time the official rate is 1184/1182. 

Could be a way to pinch the street rate money changers out. They are ripping the people off.

This is related to the reports CBI is stopping auctions and allowing individual banks to sell the dollar instead. I believe no bank but the CBI was selling the dollar direct. This is also related to controlling the buy/sell spread in the market.
