Hello Adam ! I just wrote a 5 page question and I deleted it. So let me simplify it. Who is going to give in first on the HCL issues. From what Im  understanding the whole HCL thing is just a matter of the percentage of the budget.

My question for Adam.  If Iraq is borrowing money, how can they afford to RV?

I would like to have some advice from you. Because folks like you watch the RV related events more than some of us, I was wondering if you could give me some advice. When you read articles pertaining to the RV, what are some of the signs or tip offs that you see in an article that tells you something is going to happen?

Also, is Iraq in another holding pattern now?  I haven't heard much coming from the Parliament lately.
