I do so love the way Abadi and Jubouri have artfully navigated the obstacles before them these past 2 years. Had they gone for Malarky coming out of the starting gate they most likely would have never made it this far.  Iraq would have split into pieces as political blocs recoiled like rattlesnakes to preserve the doo doo they had in the works. Instead he cleaned up the GOI and Parliament first, gets a really nice foothold and wins favor with the crowds, then starts the process to deal with the sinister Malarky! Make a great plan, follow through,  WIN!
