The document shows thirteen new material added to the budget , mostly in relation to the terms include the redeployment of funds from the government institution to another. 

For example , provide for the ministries of defense and finance redeploy two hundred seventy billion dinars to fourteen governmental institution ..

described the parliamentary finance committee, that the federal budget for the financial year 2017, with "non -traditional" to focus on the activation of non - oil resources.

He said committee member Mohammed Tamim told a news conference attended by the parliamentary Finance Agency correspondent all of Iraq [where], that " the 2017 budget were not traditionally focused on the activation of non - oil resources and the reconstruction of liberated areas and to support the displaced."

The House of Representatives, has approved in its meeting on the budget for fiscal 2017, and an estimated 100 trillion dinars and a deficit 21 trillion dinars, based on the price of a barrel of oil to $ 42 and the amount of exports of 3.6 million barrels per day.
