Correct.  The "loser" does not need to concede... it is just a dignified courtesy...

But, that does not mean that the "loser" cannot or should not contest the results if there is probable cause.

Every time we see another kommie hit piece from umbertino we wanna gag.

His ilk trades in mis / dis information on a grand scale as part of the evil agenda to

further enslave the folks.

Wonder if he ever feels guilty cashing those checks from his kommie masters.... <_<

Somebody oughtta unleash the terrorists on 'the Guardian' like they did Charlie Hebdo.

People lost their lives for nothing more than free speech, the very thing we as Americans fight to preserve everyday.......A true "Patriot" would know this.  <_<
