Well, OK, maybe jumping the gun a little here but modernizing their passenger rail system and opening airline routes internationally doesn't seem to fit with remaining a backward third world and Stone Age country!

Thanks. Got to have a sence of humor when you own the dinar. There are days when I get up and say, may are we getting close. Then there are days that say these guys could not find there way out of a one way street and I would not live to see the dinar increase in value.

I heard that the wonderful Jerry Brown of California has a Bagdad leg on his hyper expensive high speed rail system, thus the excessive cost. When we it California could get better  use of a series of desalination plants up and down the coast in order to revitalize the dehydrated farm lands of Ca, and  provide water for the population needs of our state.
