9/28/2016 0:00  BAGHDAD / morning  announced the national project director of the Directorate of the passage of Basra ,Colonel Asaad Abdul Aziz said the cabinet decided to make an amendment to its earlier decision to No. 68 to replace the plates of the Kurdistan region with panels German, versus material fee.  He said in a press statement that " the amendment includes that pays the owner of the vehicle Model 2010 a fee of $ 200 000 dinars, while the vehicle owner pays a fee in 2011 by 500 thousand dinars, while the vehicle owner will pay a fee of $ 2012 Model 800 000 dinars. "

9/28/2016 0:00  BAGHDAD / morning         announced the national project director of the Directorate of Basra later, Colonel Asaad Abdul Aziz, said the prime minister decided to make an amendment to its earlier decision to No. 68 to replace the plates of the Kurdistan region with panels German, versus material fee.  He said in a press statement, said the amendment includes the vehicle owner pays model 2010 fee of 200,000 dinars, while the vehicle owner pays 2011 fee by 500 thousand dinars, while the vehicle owner will pay the Model 2012 a fee of $ 800 000 dinars,  for his part, Director of technical Affairs Directorate Colonel Amer Obaid said, the opening of the Directorate for five new computers to relieve momentum auditors who wish to replace the plates of their vehicles, adding that these computers have been allocated for the withdrawal of customs interface tweak to the owner of the vehicle, as a prelude to complete the procedures for his vehicle, which includes the allocation of the number and examination  and guessing.

Twilight News / called the Parliamentary Integrity Committee member Akeel al-Zubaidi on Monday, the cabinet secretariat to expedite the hiring company will take over the production of license plates to relieve the suffering of the citizens.

He called al-Zubaidi, stated in a press statement of the Twilight News, Cabinet Secretariat to intervene to end the suffering of car owners who have been waiting more than a year to get the license plates of their cars while paying full required financial fees.

He said that "measures his routine directly inhibit the company responsible for the production of car license plates that caused the exposure a lot of car owners to Aleghanoanh accountability of the security detachments from without the reason for the delay in installing plates of their cars."

Zubaidi said that there are tens of thousands of car owners in the provinces of Iraq have been waiting more than a year to get the registration plates in vain, hoping the Cabinet Secretariat to intervene to solve their problem through instruct the concerned authorities to contract with a competent company in this matter.

Zubaidi said he had addressed the Cabinet Secretariat official letter in order to address this issue and end the suffering of car owners.

I believe they are trying to identify the population by all means and as you know if you have a license you are in the system, or if you don't have a license and drive a car you need plates which will identify you as well or at least the owner of the vehicle. 

It's all about tax, and how much governments can collect, it's the legal form of robbery imo

Iraq needs to let their prisoners stamp out their license plates....while they are waiting for the hangman. Maliki needs a good job.
