Masum said in his congratulations, he received a "light News" copy of them, "with the glow of the new Hijra year, extend our warmest congratulations and sincere wishes to all Muslims in Iraq and the world and all of humanity a year dominated by goodness, justice and peace .. and to the Iraqi people to continue to progress towards building a strong and prosperous democratic state."

A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, that ' the US president had sent his thanks response to acongratulatory infallible president on the occasion ofthe 240 anniversary of the Independence of theUnited States', again from which to 'support thepeople of the United States as well as Iraq. "
