Masum said in his congratulations, he received a "light News" copy of them, "with the glow of the new Hijra year, extend our warmest congratulations and sincere wishes to all Muslims in Iraq and the world and all of humanity a year dominated by goodness, justice and peace .. and to the Iraqi people to continue to progress towards building a strong and prosperous democratic state." According to the text message that Obama Twilight News received a copy of which was sent by the president of Iraq, "Thank you for your gracious congratulatory message on the occasion of the 240 anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America.
