Man, I was Googleing Maliki earlier and this guy has a fortune. Rated in the top 10 richest in the world worth over 50 billion dollars, stolen from Iraq. He was also rated one of the most corrupt politicians of all time, amongst other dastardly deeds This is public information, easily accessible, not hard to find, front page stuff, WTF???

Why the heck is this guy still breathing? I mean the entire world knows this guy is a crook and murderer.

This was a secret ballot an he still got the information that his entire block of the SOL voted unanimously for the law. I'm thinking Maliki got blind sided by the vote an his block endorsing it.
