"The enactment of the oil and gas law before the end of the current parliamentary session is inevitable."

Anybody know the date of the end of the current session??

I asked this question a while back. At the time we did not have an answer, I will go back and check. This was also brought up about having it done by the end of the year too. Then it became what year, calander or fiscal. That was a whole new discussion. This was based around Adam's feeling of Oct as having a really go shot. Do not want to be noncommittal just want to give you the whole pitcure.

The article may be implying 24 million barrels per month or nominally 800,000 barrels per day.  12 million barrels is about 400,000 barrels per day.  If I remember right, output was as high as 550,000 barrel per day in the past or nominally 16.5 million barrels per month.
