kidder
Trouble again. My password is up to date for sure and been checking access regularly. Today, "Account has Expired, Contact Bank"...Sent memo out to the necessary addy's. Will report back. Wondering if anyone else discovers the same surprise? Jaxinjersey
Kidder... your post is a bit cryptic. What accounts are you talking about? Also, are you responding to email "notifications" or are you getting such messages when you try to log in to an account? If they are via email.... DO NOT EVEN OPEN THEM!!! Whatever you received, did not come from dinarvets.com. Since you are not a paid member (VIP), there is no account to expire. I would agree with Jax, DO NOT EVEN OPEN THEM!!! This is most likely a "phishing" email and I sincerely hope you did not send any personal information to them. If so, I suggest you contact your bank and let them know the details before your account is hacked. NEVER OPEN OR RESPOND TO THESE TYPE EMAILS. ONCE AGAIN, THE EMAIL DID NOT COME FROM DINARVETS.COM. I think they're talking about their Warka Account.

kidder
Thanks dawg. Maybe Warka's system just expired my login early. Hopefully, its an anomaly and I'll get a reset quickly.
md11fr8dawg
Yeah, ask Mr I to send you another password and that should do it. Good Luck.
presence
The last correspondence I received from WARKA was in November 2015, when they sent me an email regarding an update on their end. Historically, I would communicate with Mohammad Issa via email for password updates regarding my checking account and in regards to paying annual checking account fees. However, since then, I haven't received any replies to my email requests regarding the aforementioned. Does anyone have a similar experience, or can anyone verify the correct email address for WARKA? Thanks to the DV community for help with this, as I am trying to get things straight before things change!
md11fr8dawg
A few years back there was a list of Warka e-mail addresses for all the departments. I think I have it some where and if I find it I will post it. Or you can click on the Warka Bank link Dinar Vets and if you search enough you will find it posted. JoeB
I have sometimes tried other email addresses but I have never ever received any replies from anyone else than Mr Issa ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com Email only to him, if he sees that some other department is getting the message he thinks that they take care of it, which they don't. paperboy
The Warka passwords used to expire automatically every 6 months or annually. I'm not sure if that's still happening or not. Maybe that's kidder's problem? Anyone have any info on this?
md11fr8dawg
Yes it use to expire every 6 months and they were not good at all in alerting you or sending you another P/W in advance. However I finally received my new P/W 18-24 months ago and so far it has not expired and worked every time. Also once you are signed in there is a place you can go to change your password , or at least it use to be. Good Luck

CaptKeithP
Man I have not communicated with Warka in several years. I finally gave up after a zillion emails to all departments and never recieving any responces... I wonder if my money in the accounts vanished in thin air???... I figured after the RV I would have to make a trip back to Iraq and go to the bank in person to shake their tree.. Anyone else out there in dinar land have this same problem?? presence
This site - and especially it's members - is really awesome. I sincerely appreciate the time that everyone took to respond to this post, which I started just yesterday. I will contact WARKA with the advice given in these great suggestions and let you know how I do. Thanks again - Presence

kidder
They responded and I'm up and running again with a year's timeframe on a new password. Think I will change it more regularly now though so that this doesn't happen again.
