he said in a statement »Sabah» that the court 's decision to cancel the vote on the sessions legally, it was binding on the deputies of the protesters and advocates of reform and still continuing those demands, pointing out that the Liberal bloc is all Iraqi ministries and works of Iraq, calling for a change for the better and to work to pay the interests of the Iraqi people forward, and the advancement of the reality of living and service to citizens.

This is one piece I was looking for from the Federal Court to support al-Jabouri as the parliament president.  Otherwise, in my opinion, the parliament would have been thrown into chaos without al-Jabouri as the actual and acting parliament president.
