Thanks Yota...Sounds like the same problem as with the Federal Court Act...They've got to get rid of the people in office that this law is pertaining too...The more Iraq establishes law the more they uncover unethical leaders and deep rooted corruption...With the UN meeting coming up to review Iraq's Article 8 compliance status, this has to show the intent of the Iraqi government's desire for stable reforms...They diffidently have achieved major leaps an bounds toward improving their status from their last review...Hell the US and Iraq are about on the same level...as compared to government ethics... We'll meet somewhere in the middle, the US is falling with Obummer's extreme liberal administration while Abadi with his administration is rising...Our government is being destroyed from within while Iraq is being rebuilt from within...Our government just hasn't been exposed...yet...Go RV...Go Trump....
