" 
and that , " took place during the the meeting to discuss the financial crisis plaguing Iraq as a result of low oil prices were the paragraphs of introductory to hold the next meeting which will be held in the next month of September put in addition to that there is a meeting of the European Union with the Iraqi Foreign Minister, which is hoped to be held in the month of November of the year ongoing.
