Thank you so much friends ! I met with a renoun private I today and Channel 11 news who is doing series on missing children in Houston. I don't know when it will be aired and I will let you know. There were 3 other women there in my situation and the stories all the same. Not to mention the 4th which occurred last weekend at the Crawfish Festival in Spring Texas. Maybe not even related but these predators are out there. There are many things behind the scenes occuring and I will let you all know as it devolopes.  This morning 8 of us met and placed 500 more flyers, someone in Marble Falls Texas more than 4 hrs away showed my friend an email who lives there and was unaware of my plight  showed him a facebook page of my daughter   and one of you made that happen ! Social media  works and sometimes is a blessing, and what ever y'all can do with what you got , will be remembered and appreciated for the rest of my life.....  And to top it off my wife and I had to put down "Oscar" tonight , our 18 year old Dachshund,  after an 18 hr day. Hot damn I'm tired and please don't stop  helping me ! God Bless DV !

Texstorm, you and the others you mention need a ground swell of social media awareness along with a bucket load of prayers for your situations.

Nothing hurts a father's heart more than something that has/might have happened to his child. Yes, we think the worst but pray for the best. Prayers coming from down under buddy.

Ouch, I can relate to "Oscar" as well, I had an 18 year old Australian Sydney Silky that had to be alleviated from his suffering while I was away overseas. Amazingly I got a call (the first cell reception for 4 days as was taking a boot camp of wayward kids) from the dog walker back home as I stood on a high sand dune at the top of NZ. I was so relieved to give my permission as all the good times and memories came flooding back with my little buddy "Diesel".

Take care and continue to keep us updated of news and the efforts to get TV coverage too.

Tex sorry to hear about this....im sure you have done everything you can to piece the puzzle together to find your daughter. Yes predators are out there in full force and we all need to be on the look out in public. Tex im praying for you and your family that your daughter returns safe and sound.  Glad to hear new channels are getting involved as well. Dont give up and remember its all in the lords hands.

Standing with you Tex...we just had a young 9 yr. old girl here in The TN/NC area returned safe to her parents...trusting yours will be a similar outcome!

You mentioned 3 other women and a 4th with the same situation.  Did these happenings coming from the same surrounding area  as your daughter Alecia Starr?  Or are they from other areas around the greater Houston area. 

I suggest if your community has the "NextDoor"  website to take this opportunity to post it on there.  Neighborhoods are always looking out for each other through this website.  They have a variety of topics sections.  CRIME & SAFETY is one sections.
