I wonder what the "Convention" is between the two countries.  Maybe code speak for something we are not supposed to know about?

On the heels of that statement, the World Bank President is visiting Iraq to discuss how to resolve the financial and economic crisis.  Maybe the "Convention" and ways to resolve the financial and economic crisis is linked and Iraq is lagging on supporting their end of the "Convention"?

Thanks Yota...There seem to have an air to read between the lines in the entire event...The effect in these articles is that the main concern is the military aspect of the operation...but every article ends with more emphasis on the economical concerns associated with Iraq's economical situation and how to resolve it through international coordination...Then there's the fact that the two heavy-hitters from the UN and IMF will be thrown into the mix around the same time frame gives more emphasis on the economical aspect again...With every Sadr protester that's called on-demand to the causes of reform... can be viewed diffidently...Everyone of these protesters can be viewed as potential tax-payers...With the reconstruction of the entire war torn country needing to be addressed...there's enough work for these people to pay pay-roll taxes, buy a car or two, finance a home or start a business...Raise the under-valued dinar to it's international value...Kick-start the economy, invest into agriculture, transportation and communication with taxes and tariff on imports and pay-rolls and Iraq can put on their Big-Boy pants and stand as one of the strongest merging countries... :twocents:

Links Centre for Research and Strategic Studies revealed encounters representative of the American president in the international coalition Brett Macgork in Baghdad with a number of Iraqi officials details.

The center can not visit by US Vice President Joe Biden to Iraq in spite of the leadership of his country's international coalition against al Daash and the presence of US troops on Iraqi territory is nothing but a clear indication of the discomfort of the United States of the Iraqi political process and sponsored since the year two thousand and three, but veered a lot about the course of American politics today, Iraq has become a subject full of Iranian influence and managed one way or another by the allies of the militias that committed crimes against humanity under the pretext of the fight against Daash in some Sunni areas Ktkirc in Salahuddin province and Muqdadiyah in Diyala province.

As between the center said the message he wanted to lead them Brett Macgork during his meetings with Iraqi President Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, it is that the real challenge facing Iraq is not only lies in the elimination of terrorism, but the real challenge begins in Iraq after the stage organize Daash Iraq achieved at home kind of broader security and political and economic stability.

Looks like militias associated with Iran are being accused of Crimes Against Humanity and Iran is subjecting Iraq to Iran's influence.  Hopefully. the evidence for the Iranian influenced militia's Crimes Against Humanity is much clearer and stronger than the Weapons of Mass Destruction Saddam Hussein was accused of having and hiding in Iraq.  Seems like a pretty strong pretext for action against the Iranian influenced militias to get out of Iraq.  Maybe the B-52s deployed for the fight against Daash may be redeployed to resolve the Iranian influenced militias in Iraq?  Maybe a clear sign to Iran of what could happen by the mere deployment of the B-52s if the Iranian associated militias are not taken out of Iraq very soon?

What is required of US Iraq?

March 7, 2016 in the Publications comments on what is required US from Iraq? Closed

%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82-%D8

In the context of the war the United States against al-State in Iraq and the Levant "Daash" As part of its attempts to save the political process in Iraq, according to the availability of the links and Research and Strategic Studies Information Center had met with representative of the American president in the international coalition, "Brett Macgork" in Baghdad all President of the republic of Fuad Masum, and Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Vice-chairman of the board and Dr. Salim al-Jubouri.This information also suggests that the meeting "Brett Macgork" with Iraqi officials were all on the limit.

This information indicates that "Brett Macgork" focused in his meeting with Iraqi officials on issues of the utmost importance for the management of US President Barack Obama, the first: the reforms, as he stressed the importance that Iraq is moving forward in the political, economic and social reforms, because these reforms are considered in terms of a real way out of the Iraq crisis and multiple afflicting since 2003. on the other hand strengthen the international coalition front in the fight against state regulation "Daash." Second: corruption, "Brett Macgork" was informed by Iraqi officials over the discomfort and resentment of the US administration of rampant corruption in all aspects of the Iraqi political system.

As reported, "Brett Macgork" in his meeting with the President of the Republic of Iraq Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, that the Vice President "Joe Biden" will meet on the tenth of this month in the UAE, the staff of the US administration involved in the Iraqi issue, and will focus Vice President at this meeting on the Russian military intervention in Syria, and the influence of the popular crowd at the Iraqi scene, will also be at the meeting to address the preparations for the United States to the battle of Mosul, and will be allocated in this meeting, an estimated ten billion US dollars, conditional financial assistance to Iraq, as it will be spent this assistance in case proceed effectively in the application of political, security, economic and social reforms in Iraq.

It is well known when he meets any official in the US administration with any Iraqi official, what is shown that the American administrator of resentment and annoyance in the meeting of Iraqi politics, whether those policies were internal or external, is not due to personal estimates, as much as an expression of his country over those policies attitude . Vamtaad who transferred "Brett Macgork" to Iraqi officials on the state of corruption prevailing in Iraq and dissatisfaction with the US administration it can Ncicvha by not visiting US Vice President "Joe Biden" for Iraq, this MP began last Saturday toured in a number of Middle Eastern countries as he will meet with King Abdullah II in Amman, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah, and that he would visit the United Arab Emirates.

It should be noted here that this visit is the third of its kind for US Vice President "Joe Biden" East of the East that has not visited by Iraq, despite his country's leadership of the international coalition against state regulation in Iraq and the Levant "Daash", and the presence of US troops on Iraqi soil. This ignored the lack of a visit by US Vice-president of "Joe Biden" is nothing but a clear indication of the discomfort of the United States of the political process in Iraq and sponsored since 2003, but they deviated too much about US policy path, Iraq has become a subject full of influence Iranian and managed one way or another by the allies of the militias that committed crimes against humanity under the pretext of the fight against state regulation "Daash" in some Sunni areas Ktkirc in Salahuddin province, and Muqdadiyah in Diyala province.

We conclude by saying that the message that he wanted to lead them, "Brett Macgork" in his meeting with the President of the Republic of Iraq Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi the House of Representatives and Chairman Dr. Salim al-Jubouri that the real challenge facing Iraq is not only lies in the elimination of state regulation in Iraq and the Levant " Daash ", but the real challenge begins in Iraq after the state regulation" Daash "Iraq achieved at home kind of broader security and political and economic stability. stage

To be sure, the elimination of state regulation in Iraq and the Levant "Daash" in the Sunni western Iraq, areas vital necessity, but just a defeat will not make a difference, if it is part of a broader effort to reach a stable political and economic relationship between the sectarian and ethnic components in Iraq. " Sunnis and Shiites, Arabs and Kurds, "and provide security for all of them, finding the structure of corporate governance are all Iraqis feel that it serves the fundamental interests, and put Iraq on the road to the broader economic recovery, then walk in the direction of comprehensive development.

The unity of the Iraqi Studies
