There is a reason the average American has no idea wth goes on in Washington, because had we known some guy in Iraq was making 340 plus 000 a month, it would cause Amercans to wonder how much America was paying those A holes that are now ISIS to get rid of Kadafi.... No wonder we are in so much debt. All of our money is spent paying no body's in other countries to over throw their governments. Washington needs to just stop this insanity and stop wrecklessly spending all of our money. That's our money they have absolutely no respect for. That amount of money to one person on a monthly basis is absolutely obscene. The thoughtlessness that goes on in Washington is mind boggling... Just makes me angry to read crap like this.....

[Synopsis]

Donald Rumsfeld is seated in the center and has a look of assurance for reasons the seated on the left may not be too happy about as articulated by the guy on the right pointing his finger, while aggressively leaning forward, to the guy on the left.  Why is the guy's water glass on the left upside down (empty, of course) while the guy on the right has a water glass half full and Donald Rumsfeld doesn't need water or a water glass?
