I'm not trying to contact Adam for the sake of contacting him, I genuinely have a renewal problem and I am getting no help from him or anybody else.

 

If you are trying to login to your account at dinarsupport.com, I see in the notes that your password is your last name.

 

If you send an email to VIP@dinarvets.com, a ticket is automatically created. We respond to those tickets generally in less than one business day.

 

I just now reset and sent your password to the email on file, which I see is an @rogers.com account. WE DO NOT ADVISE THIS! 

 

If you don't see the email that was just sent, it is in your spam folder OR your email provider is blocking our emails.

 

We cannot control that. It is up to you to contact them, or preferably, just switch to gmail for your dinarvets and dinarsupport accounts.

You are welcome! I hate to see people having so many issues, especially when it comes to email support... please consider just ditching the rogers.com email.

 

I know it's a lot of work to switch your personal stuff over to a different email account, but on the other side... do you really want to be married to "rogers.com"? They probably provide your internet, and they gave you this "free" email account when you signed up, and it was great! But now when you want to switch to a different internet or cable provider, they tell you "SORRY WIZARD, if you switch you will lose your email!"

 

I hate this trick... they got me one time, about 20 years ago. And after that, I decided "NO WAY!" and I don't use any @provider.com emails. Gmail is free, and allows me to flip my internet or cable or whatever provider "the bird" when they raise their rates.
