Thanks Yota, for screaming these important facts

{ hence, all capital letters in the heading}

The jig is up on wholesale corruption in Iraq, as evidenced by, many about to be sent to prison or have their hands chopped off.

Personally, my vote is to chop off their hands.... it will make it tough to be able to cart away their ill gotten booty.

I am probably to tired to make sense of the translation errors. I get it that the people are clamoring to have the Iraqi courts of Integrity (or what not) arrest, try, convict and jail those responsible for the waste and stealing of 600 billion IQD. Yet no arrests are being made. Maliki walks around like he is still P.M. , free as a bird, undermining Abadi's reform efforts. WHY STILL? They reportedly know where the majority of the embezzled funds are. They have documented the money trails. Have they completed efforts to return that money back to the CBI accounts of the GOI? Wouldn't that help Iraqs economic crisis? Ummm, could be.
