Baghdad and kurdistan are now seeing by not getting along and coming to agreements especially the oil and gas law which is BOTH their bread and butter they will both be losers in the end... So now they are being forced to come to terms with the reality of the situation at hand and what is that? MONEY!! so it seems the kurds have stated positive changes are coming with Baghdad now lets see the action implemented instead of talk we need ACTION by Abadi and kudistan.

easyrider, Agree......The GOI & KRG, Provinces are about to make history with full agreement of the "Oil & Gas Law. Within weeks we will see "HCL" approved, voted on and ratified; then published in the Gazette IMHO. The plan & timeframe are in motion so their backs against the wall with no wiggle room. B.S. time is over so git er done IRAQ.

They''ve definitely been more pro-active since Abadi took over.

Less secular bickering, exposing corruption, etc.

At least they're working on getting it right.
