I may be wrong here but if 200,000 IQD = 100 USD, then 2,000 IQD = 1 USD.  If three IQD zeros are dropped, then 2 IQD = 1 USD or 1 IQD = 0.5 USD so the exchange would not be USD 2.00 per IQD.

 

Well, OK, just practicing getting my math right at the actual exchange.  For example, I would not want to get 25% of actual exchange potential (0.5 USD vs. 2 USD per IQD)!
