djgabrielie1
Yep they are in real trouble according to the media. Just like we were when we had to cut off Tours of the White House to save money so our Government could be paid. Estimated cost to us for our President to go on vacation? 4 million dollars. What a guy! http://www.inquisitr.com/172020/president-obamas-hawaii-vacation-will-cost-taxpayers-4-million/ 3
Carrello
DJGABRIELLE, a couple of things: do you think anyone wants to haul around reporters and Secret Service on a vacation storming over your family constantly, and do you realize that the costs come from government mandated security laws to keep the President and his family safe? The President doesn't have a say in security per the Secret Service. Also, maybe you are Superman, so tell me how many months could you deal with the huge responsibilities, and decisions that any president has on a 24/7 basis. When and how many vacations would you think are reasonable? I realize that is a subjective question, but I am sure you have a good answer. At least be reasonable with your comments. 2
SgtFuryUSCZ
***/// ... ho'bummer, MOOCHelle, family and friends have soaked the American Taxpayer for over 70 million dollars in vacation expenses do date. That's about 10 million dollars a year on vacations. Anyone who thinks THAT is acceptable is delusional at best. Toss in nancy pelosi using OUR aircraft to fly her, booze WE PAID FOR and all her friends to and from San Francisco all the time and it becomes more than irksome to those of US picking up the tab for these morons who scream about wealth re-distribution, the horrible 1%ers, big American business, minimum wage, the poor disenfranchised, etc, etc, etc.... HYPOCRITES.
