sold the Central Bank of Iraq, on Sunday, in the first session of the auction sale of foreign currency in the new year 2016 more than $ 153 million.

According to a statement of the bank, the agency received all of Iraq [where] a copy of "The amount sold volume today totaled 153 million, and 336 thousand dollars, the price of 1182 dinars exchange rate to the dollar, and with the participation of 26 banks and 19 financial conversion company." 
He pointed out that "the size of the sums remittances and credits amounted to 137 million and 316 thousand dollars, while the quantity sold in cash 16 million and 20 000 dollars. 
"The statement said that" the amounts transferred to the accounts of banks selling abroad is priced at 1187 dinars per dollar, and the cash sales price shall be the price of 1190 dinars per dollar. " . 
The Central Bank of Iraq had sold last year 2015 more than 44 billion dollars in the auction to sell the currency to banks mostly for Hawwalat.anthy

What a disappointment. Looks like 2016 is going to be like 2015 no RV. Not good. I'm glad I only invested only what I can afford to lose. I really thought Iraq wanted to RV their currency but I guess I was wrong
