The opening offers the sale and purchase of foreign currency in the window of the Central Bank of Iraq on Wednesday, 16/12/2015 and the results were as follows:

well, that's a little lower...  

 

we were lookin' at that ForEx gimmick again ( for good or bad   ),

and after bein' like 1103. for a few days here recently, (after having been like 1165 +/-  forever),

today it was  1191....  

fluctuations there bogglin' our brains.... should it matter...?   

 

Maybe fiscal dopes like us shouldn't be draggin' around duffle bags stuffed with Deenar....

Forex is not accurately presenting and it's not the "real rate" anyway.

Yes, auctions a little lower but until they've been stopped completely with ratified and published and activated legislation, we have very little to be hopeful about.
