Question on buying through this forum

I am looking to buy a large amount of dinar from someone who recently joined this site.  Can people give me guidance on the best way to do this - to protect myself as the buyer and also the seller?  I had planned to pay through Paypal, but I checked the Paypal Buyer Protection Policies and they do not cover currency.  How have other people completed these transaction?  Thanks for your help!!

I understand your concerns, have you looked into payment upon delivery.

 

that way you don't part with your cash until you accept the delivery, I know you can do it here in the UK not too sure about the US, worth checking out.

 

I'm sure someone else here that has bought through the forum will let you know what they did.
