Here is the way it works.........the banks (capital one, whitney these are the ones i know about) will charge a small amount $10 or so.....but when they call the exchange persons for the rate, that is where they get you it wont be the same as forex it will be less so call all banks and ask what the exchange rate is from who they exchange it from to get the best possible rate.....jmo
