Why I do not give a rip about BLM

I am sure that I have already been labeled a racist just because of the title of this post.  That is one reason I do not give a rip about BLM because if you do not agree with the 'poor black person' mentality you are a racist and condemned.  There is no room for discussion nor of a parley of thought.  You must either agree with them constantly or you are a racists.  Another reason I do not give a rip about BLM is because of their hypocrisy.  They scream and yell about all the blacks being 'murdered' by police.  Yet the statistics prove that more blacks are murdered by blacks than any other group.  If BLM really did care about black lives they would start at home and deal with blacks murdering blacks.  Instead they want the media coverage about how 'bad police are to blacks'.  This is nothing more than the same rhetoric echoed by the White House.  I also do not give a rip about BLM because they love to want us to pitty the blacks over slavery.  Get a life and deal with it.  So there was slavery...basically big deal.  There was always slavery of every group and race.  Stop whining about it.  You do not hear the Irish or Indians whining.  Maybe the blacks need to be a little bit more like the Irish and Indians.  The BLM movement is nothing but a front for radicals who love to create chaos.  It is nothing more than the same socialist funded groups who disrupted life during the riots of the Vietnam War.  Keep in mind that the VC were about to give up after Tet because they threw everything they had and the American forced kept their ground.  The reason the war lasted another basically 10 years was because they found new strength through all the protests and riots in the US.

If BLM really mattered and really deserved sincere consideration then they would offer productive answers to many of the problems they themselves have created.  I do not care about a group who sits back while under their banner blacks burn to the ground businesses other blacks have suffered and sacrificed to create.  The BLM movement does not give a rip about black lives.  They only care about keeping chaos flowing.  I would love to see there the money is coming from to keep this thing going because you know it is not funded by their own sacrifice.

yep I agree with you, like you say you dont hear other groups like Irish of Indians whining ......... I'm Irish and from what I can remember about our history we had 700 years of English occupation, basically slaves and 3rd class citizens in our own country.

you dont hear us whining because life's too short for that rubbish, you cant change the past, its called history for a reason, it never affected me if my grand father was still alive he would remember it vaguely as he would have been 10years old when we gained independence.

Since slavery was abolished in the US in 1865 none of these idiots are old enough to actually claim to be affected by slavery so why use it as an excuse all the time, its idiotic. All they are doing is wallowing in the past using it as an excuse for their own laziness in not progressing themselves.

All of you are WRONG!!  Can't you SEE there are MANY lingering effects of slavery and discrimination that REMAIN today?

SHAME on ALL of you!!

:rolleyes::angry::mad:

what are they?

none of these people or any black person alive today was a slave just like there are no Irish slaves alive any more.......... how is something that happened so long ago which by the way was initially perpetrated by Africans in the first instance against their own people still affecting others that are nowhere near old enough to have experienced slavery.

how come we dont see weekly riots by jews about the Holocaust ........  they were subjected to something far far worse than slavery yet there are 250,000 jews living peacefully in germany toady along side germans.

I'm sick of this rhetoric that all white people should be ashamed for slavery, I do agree it was shameful but there is nobody alive today that was responsible for it and I am certainly not going to shoulder someone elses shame for a crime that was committed long before I was born just because of the color of my skin .

All this does is create more tension, more segregation and more violence ....... if this keeps going we will be back where we started with one ethnic group thinking they are better than the other. What is shameful today is the fact that this is still an issue, stop all the race baiting people !!

The media has a lot to answer for too they they hype up every story and emphasize the fact when it is a white person in the wrong or a white cop doing something to a black person and they do it even when the cop was right just to stir the pot ........... where are they when it's a black person committing the offence ......... guess that doesnt help ratings does it, it happens too often.

I'm not racist, I think everyone is born into this world as an equal ........ it's what you do with yourself after that that makes the man/woman.

I keep hearing the story that black kids don't have a chance as they are born into hardship with broken homes etc etc ........ obviously all white people are born into perfect millionaire families ....... No..... everyone has problems to overcome in their lives, some greater than others but we all must strive to persevere.

The Idea that slavery is still affecting people to this day is just an excuse, slavery only existed in america for 245 years ..... like I said earlier my ancestors went through 700 years of slavery, only ending in 1916 ..... and we were all white, wait whats that white slavery ..... dont tell BLM about the Irish they will think we made it up to steel their headlines.

There were once 14 million people in Ireland ..... after the English caused the famine killing 7 million within 8 years through starvation and genocide and others leaving for countries all over the world there are only 4.5 million left in Ireland today ....... do you think I have something to be angry about ...... I think I might, but am I ..... no, what difference would it make, you cant change the past but you can help create a better future where the mistakes of the past are not repeated.

I live and work in the UK ..... I work along side British people, I'm married to a British woman, a lot of my friends are British .....  although the atrocities of the past only happened 150 years ago It has no bearing on my life, I dont consider myself to be hard done by because all of my ancestors were tortured with back breaking labor and starvation, just like black people today should not consider themselves to be some kind of victims because of something that didnt even happen to them.

One thing that may not be considered is slavery has no ethnic origin. Many of the African Negros ended up in the Americas as slaves because the conquering African tribes sold the people as slaves they captured in Africa to get rid of them and make money at the same time. So a large root to the African slaves in the Americas is the warring African Negros tribes. Do we ever hear about reparations sought from African peoples that sold the African Negros into slavery to begin with? I haven't heard of these kind of reparations requested.

I do not think any ethnic origin or mix of ethnicity is better or more valuable than another. Neither are any peoples excluded from Rule Of Law. It is far better to drop the rhetoric, social disorder, and exclusion to Rule Of Law to promote stable and peaceful communities. I fully support exercise of laws without specific or general exclusions no matter the ethnicity of the individual(s).

My suggestion is to just get over it. I for one have no sympathy for individuals, regardless of ethnicity, who violently disregard Rule Of Law and it's exercise. I hold no contest or animosity to anyone of any ethnicity who holds Rule of Law above personal or ethnic exclusion.

I suspect most everyone, myself included, would like to live in communities and countries where people uphold Rule Of Law for peace of mind for the safety, well being, and betterment of loved ones. In my opinion, exclusion to Rule Of Law - individually and collectively - is a form of terrorism. I, for one, will not be terrified or allow my loved ones to be terrified.

Rule Of Law serves everyone - no matter the ethnicity.

Go Rule Of Law!

I clicked this post to see what the latest abberation is from the Bureau of Land Management - it being a long weekend and all, the the Fed's habit of releasing the really bad s**t then while most folks are distracted.

Oh well...I guess two very stupid things can have the same initials.

Xtax, I thought the same thing. I was expecting something on grazing or the mustangs. Imagine what a surprise to read this excellent discussion instead. Good points and truths. I was thinking about the three that killed the pastor's wife and unborn baby as well as the two who robbed several banks and shot two women. How about the guy dragging a woman down the street and when he was stopped he shot the good Samaritan but couldn't do a kill shot to the head because the gun jammed. How's slavery affected that, where are the people standing up for and marching for those victims? Look at those who have gotten an education and climbed out of the miry pit of self pity, horrible environment and they did it themselves.

Bottom line...These people are the Democrats "Useful Idiots". They've been brainwashed by the left, they've been used by the left and they are now too stupid to escape the left. I've lost any hope for them to wake up and realize the left has been brainwashing and screwing them for decades. As Marcus Aurelius said..There are none so blind, as those that will not see.

A question I have is, "Are all Liberals, Conservatives, Libertarians, and all other politically and idealogically affiliated individuals all subject to Rule of Law?"

I suspect the unequivocal answer is, obviously, "Yes."

A second question I have is, "Regardless of anyone's political or ideological or ethnic affiliations, are all individuals subject to reparations for instances for breach of Rule Of Law?"

Here again, I suspect the unequivocal answer is, obviously, "Yes."

I can't imagine anyone, of any self or collective affiliation, is outside of Rule Of Law and the provisions thereof.

Blacks want to be treated BETTER than whites, not equally. That's why I don't care about their silly protests.

I think that is the case with many protesters. I have had good relationships with others who do not seem to have or share the same mentality.

i wouldn't say that 100% myself but that's because here in the UK were pretty much "together" ............ for the most part(theres always a few )

Its the mentality that they (and I hate saying they, like i'm collectivizing them) are entitled to more than anyone else. I kills me , honestly I dont know how to talk to them anymore  they (I've said it again) expect to progress to higher management levels just because ....... No I dont see it that way, and it aint gonna happen on my watch, promotions are because of "dedication, talent and a hunger for more" .......... It's rare to get that from someone from that ethnic group that fulfills those attributes.

It kills me because I hire people full of optimism and promise, train them, teach them, mentor them ............................. and then they find their comfort zone, right in the middle and they don't want to know anymore.  Where are the leaders of this generation ?????

Were all doomed, I feel grateful that I tried my best and I'll be long dead before the Lib BS rules, and I never have to see it, but I fear for future generations ........ it's no way to live, it's akin to slavery.
